Leave Nairobi early in the morning and drive to Samburu Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch and a short rest. Afternoon game drive to sight resident wildlife species like the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy's Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the Blue-necked Somali Ostrich that are rare elsewhere in the country. Dinner and overnight at pre-booked Safari Camp or Lodge. Full day spent on Safari in the Samburu Reserve. Optional early morning and afternoon game drive or full day game drive with picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight. Day 3: Samburu Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park After breakfast leave Samburu for Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time for lunch at your camp/lodge. Afternoon game drive with opportunities to spot leopards, rhino and the famous pink flamingos as well as a variety of other wildlife. Dinner and overnight After breakfast depart for Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch. After a short rest we go out for afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight. Full day in Masai Mara National Reserve. After breakfast leave you accommodation for a full day game drive with picnic lunch. We will vist the Mara river to see the wildebeest crossing points, hippos and huge crocodiles. Lunch then proceed with afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Sopa Lodge After a leisurely breakfast, drive back to Nairobi where the safari ends.Itinerary
